If your data is stored in 2 rows and you wish them to be in a single row to organize your database in excel, then you will do the following:
- Come to the cell after the last cell in the first row and "=" (without quates) then click the first cell in the second row which contain the desired data.
- Drag the formula to the right till the last data in the second row have appeared.
- Select the cells of the new formulas that we have just made with additional cell below each one of them (blank cells in the second row).
- Drag the selection to the end of the data.
- Copy the new selection and paste it (paste special text) in the same place.
- Filter and column of the original data that has data only on one of the first row and select Blank.
- Delete the filtered rows.
